Return & Refund Policy | Akvira Luxe

Thank you for shopping with Akvira Luxe. We want you to feel confident in every sparkle you receive. Please review our return and refund policy below.


 

2. Eligible Items — 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and unaltered
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags (if applicable)
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Akvira Luxe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Return Authorization

  • Please email support@akviraluxe.com to request a Return Authorization
  • Approved returns will receive return instructions and address
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

 


 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@akviraluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue, so we can promptly assist you.

 


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges at this time.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@akviraluxe.com and we’ll be happy to explore available options.

 


 

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@akviraluxe.com

7. European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
